Before Your Appointment

After booking, you’ll receive an email with a link to your intake form. Completing this form in advance helps us personalize your service and ensures a smooth, relaxed start to your appointment.

Arrival & Check-In

Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in, use the restroom, and review any remaining intake questions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.  If the door is locked when you arrive, we may be finishing up another service and will open the door as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience as we maintain a calm, uninterrupted environment for all clients.

Consultation & Personalization

Each visit begins with a brief consultation to discuss pressure preferences, focus areas, and any concerns. This allows your therapist to tailor your massage or spa service to your needs that day.

During Your Service

You will be properly draped at all times, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered. You’re always welcome to communicate during your session if you’d like adjustments to pressure, temperature, or technique.

After Your Session

Take your time getting up after your service. We may offer water and simple aftercare suggestions to help you get the most benefit from your experience.

Why do you ask for medical information on the intake form?

The information provided on your intake form helps us tailor your service and ensure a safe, comfortable experience. Certain allergies, health conditions, medications, or recent changes in health may require adjustments to products, techniques or positioning. All information is kept confidential and used solely to support your care.

Can I receive massage or spa treatments while pregnant?

Some services may be appropriate during pregnancy, depending on individual circumstances. Please indicate pregnancy on your intake form prior to your appointment so we can determine which services are suitable.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear whatever makes you most comfortable. You may undress to your level of comfort for massage services and will be properly draped at all times.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We operate by appointment only to ensure each client receives personalized care and attention. Appointments can be booked online through our website. Booking in advance is recommended, as availability may be limited.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes. We understand that schedules can change and are happy to work with you when possible. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, may be subject to a charge. Please refer to our About Us for full details.
